First off, prescription *anything* should be avoided unless you can't survive without it. Second off, the best diet pills are the ones you don't take - and here's why.

| I am someone who doesn't trust prescription diet pills. I have seen the damage they can do. I have had several family members lose vast amounts of weight on the prescription diet pills only to gain it back twice as fast after they gave them up.
